Working with Bia since 2002, they have planned all the strategy and created global relationships that resulted in an outstanding debut year for the young Brazilian in the Firestone Indy Lights Series in 2008, becoming the first woman ever to win in the series and finishing third in the championship.
Andre Ribeiro, former IndyCar series winning driver, left racing in 1998 and joined forces with Roger Penske to invest in the Brazilian automotive market.
Augusto Cesario, a former Formula 3 driver, has built the most successful Formula 3 team in the history of South America Formula 3, with nine championship titles.
While at Cesario Formula in 2005 Bia became the first woman in the world to win, three times, in Formula Renault South America.
The next year, while competing in the Formula 3 South America series, Bia
once again broke records becoming the first woman to win a pole position in
the main class of the series.
